"Ain't We Got Fun" Music Night: Do you love to sing along to old show tunes? Do you play an instrument, or did you play one long ago and want to take it up again? Taught by Colleen Foye Bollen, a professional Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner with more than a decade of experience, you will learn how to tap into your body's innate wisdom through Jin Shin Jyutsu - an ancient Japanese system for harmonizing the body, mind and spirit through gentle touch. These self-help tools can assist with side effects from chemotherapy, radiation and surgery while reducing stress and improving a sense of emotional well-being. Anyone can learn and benefit from Jin Shin Jyutsu. No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. Each class is tailored to the specific interests and needs of participants.
