6:45 p - Lecture: "Mind-Body Medicine and Cancer"

Join us to learn about the integral role our thoughts and emotions can play in our physical health, and how the mind can affect the body.  Dr. Brad Lichtenstein, from Bastyr University, will share information about the interaction between our neurological, endocrine, and immune systems and our health, how mind-body medicine can complement cancer care, the science behind this field, and specific techniques you can use to promote health and well-being.  Light refreshments at 6:45.  7:00-8:30 PM, Thursday RSVP    This is the fourth lecture in our CAM mini-series.  For more details, visit our website.
